Chinese Orange Chicken and Beef n Broccoli

I combined this recipes orange sauce with this recipes deep fried chicken balls and had this beef n broccoli.

It was just like eating Chinese takeout.

Could have used pork instead of chicken; sweet n sour instead of orange (and actually the orange was a big intense… next time I wouldn’t add the orange zest) and I used leftover steak which was already salted so I could have used watered down the sauce a bit.

6-year old asked to have this every night, and I didn’t even burn down the house deep-frying!
