Puka Dogs

Some adjustments I made:

  • We already have a pineapple mustard, so we just used that, and instead made a mango relish
  • For the mango relish, images of using fresh mangoes, I used a mango jam/spread I found at the grocery store (then didn’t need any extra sugar as it was already sweetened)
  • Big some nice brioche hamburger buns. They basically halfway between hotdog bun and croissant. Make them so much better.

This was easy yet refreshing change! Just added a store-bought pre-made salad to go with it.
